Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

3. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery. Any applicable shipping promotions will automatically be applied at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees, which are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable


4. Tracking Information

Where available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your package appears delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our support team.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help find a suitable resolution.

Fertilia is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request photographs of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
